Statistics show that by the year 2003 close to one billion wireless subscribers
and one billion Internet subscribers will exist worldwide. Most of these subscribers
will converge on the Wireless Web.

Billeaud, Jr., President and Co-Founder of Wireless Dimensions, previously founded RPM International in 1998, an entity focused upon International Sales, Market and Web Development. RPM has sold and/or delivered over 30 projects since 1998 to companies such as Wal-Mart, Maytag, Anderson Merchandisers, National Foods, Garden Ridge Corporation and many others. Mr. Billeaud has extensive experience in high-level international and domestic business. Prior to starting RPM International, he served as Director of Marketing in Mexico for the management consulting firm The Highland Group and as Vice-President of Marketing and Vice-President of Operations for Carl A. Johnson and Sons heavy equipment manufacturer. In the past, he has also managed Sales and Marketing divisions of several organizations (in a brokerage, management consulting, investment banking, and international business consulting). is Wireless Dimensions' Senior Vice President of
Intellectual Property and General Counsel. Mr. Capio also serves as counsel to one
of the Midwest's oldest and largest full-service law firms, Armstrong Teasdale LLP.
Armstrong Teasdale specializes in government contracts, international, transportation,
foreign military sales and corporate law. Prior to that, he served as Legal Advisor to
the United States Transportation Command, one of the world's largest transportation suppliers,
where he advised on matters of contract and international law. He has served as Director to
the Contract, International, and Aviation Law Division of Scott Air Force Base; Chief Counsel
and Staff Judge Advocate to the US Military Training Mission to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
Officer in Charge of the American Embassy in Rome; and in positions as staff judge advocate
to several military operations throughout the world. Mr. Capio received a Master in
International Business at Saint Louis University, Masters of Law in Contract Law from The George
Washington University, Master of Public Administration from The State University of New York,
Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and B.A. from Rutgers University. Mr. Capio also has
extensive university teaching experience, has authored numerous publications, and has
Top Secret Clearance.
